We appreciate your business! If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please review the complete details of our return policy below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in a pristine, re-saleable condition. They must be returned with all original tags and labels attached, in the original packaging.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a reliable courier service that provides tracked delivery and sufficient insurance to cover the full value of the parcel.

Change your mind

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange you item, please return your order using above instructions and place a new order. The items must be returned within 28 days of delivery date in the original condition, unwashed and in pristine condition.

Refunds

Once we have received the item(s) back to us we will process the return within 3 working days, please note it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear on your account. Tyrrell's Honey reserves the right to withhold a refund if the returned item(s) are received outside the specified 28-day return timeframe or if they arrive in a non-re-saleable condition. This non-re-saleable condition includes any damage incurred during the return transit, as the customer is responsible for the shipment.

Exceptions

The following items are exempt from our standard return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live animals.

Faulty / Damaged products
